EPS has in place a comprehensive Quality Assurance Program to provide our client (Nuclear and T&D) with the highest level of quality products. The QA procedures coupled with the Human Performance Improvement process allow EPS to minimize any possible errors and/or mistakes. EPS applies Quality Assurance practices both for Nuclear and Non Nuclear projects.  The QA program is based on 10CFR50 Appendix B.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
EPS has the resources to manage multi-disciplined teams performing engineering and design tasks in support of operation, including studies, supporting analyses, design change packages, root cause analyses, and technical evaluations. Several projects we managed were large scope, crash-scheduled efforts required to return the nuclear plants to service, including steam generator replacement, feed water heater replacement, GSU transformer replacement, post 9/11 security modifications and major condenser repair, just to name a few.
PROJECT CONTROLS

EPS has the resources to develop, analyze and maintain integrated project costs and schedules. For example the work performed for the Hope Creek Generating Station extended power up-rate project and the Salem Generating Stations turbine retrofit projects. We developed integrated schedules and maintained cash flow forecasts and project budgets; processed and maintained requisitions, purchase order contract changes, manual accruals, and service entries. We organized and led project team meetings for project status and coordination. We utilized Primavera P3 scheduling software, Microsoft Project 2000, Microsoft Excel and SAP.
